Festivity is always in the air at the Greater Myrtle Beach area. Events take place year round to have you entertained with concerts, festivals, fairs and sporting events. With so many things happening it is often difficult to decide on the activities and happenings.

But to my mind the Inaugural Myrtle Beach Beer Fest that will take place on March 28th at Market Common is going to be one event that I am going to put down on my to-do list. For one I love my beers. And for a second I love Myrtle Beach. And third of all there’s going to be some lovely Spring time weather around the time.

What better than to celebrate the bash with a few good friends. From high noon to late evening the day is going to be filled with great food, live entertainment and more. Me and my band wagon are looking to sample beers from around the country. They are going to have it all - from local favorites to national brands and everything in between.

I say Beer Lovers Unite! Come find your brew and brethren. Guests receive a wristband and a complimentary mug to sample their favorite beers throughout the day. Designated Drivers are to receive reduced admission and non-alcoholic beverages! Now thats a responsible Beer Fest.

Not to forget. In case any one gets in early at Myrtle Beach, you could join the kick off event and hob nob at Brewer’s Dinner on March 27th from 7pm until 9 pm. Have dinner and drinks with North Carolina’s finest brewers. Now thats tempting too!
